On 24 August 2011, Jacky and Jim Thomson opened their new, independent Tuition Centre, JJs Tuition.  

As a parent, you care about your child's future, and you know that experiences at school can make all the difference to future happiness and success.  We offer help when things aren't going so well - when your child needs to catch up.  We also cater for children who are ahead in school and, perhaps, are not being challenged. Thirdly, if your child is aiming for a specific exam - parhaps the 11+ or GCSE, we can provide an edge when it comes to targeted preparation.  We help our students catch up, keep up and get ahead. 

JJs Tuition helps children, every week, with their reading, spelling, writing and mathematics.  And it works, or they wouldn't come back.  Unlike school, it isn't compulsory, so if our students didn't succeed neither would we!
